For over twenty five years, owners John Mayers and Mark Lucas have worked throughout the world within the Urban Search and Rescue (USAR), Fire & Rescue and EMS communities. Their experiences on Real Life missions have given them exceptional skills to educate and evaluate personnel in what it really takes to become a skillful, knowledgeable and competent emergency service member.

Our staff is actively engaged in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for both Domestic (DHS/FEMA) and International (USAID/OFDA) USAR rescue programs.
